Hit the Cajun sampler plate or crawfish ettouffee fries for a good bang for the buck and loads of authentic flavor. The southern style dry rub ribs are great on their own or with any of the 4 sauces but the big sell here is the love in all the cooking - these folks know and love the style food they're serving here and you can taste it!December 07, 2016
